Dear WSP User,

We are excited to tell, you can now unblock the blocked IP Address by firewall from your client area . Please follow the steps below: 

  1. Login to WSP Client area : https://clientarea.webservicespoint.com/clientarea.php
  2. From the navigation menu, goto Services > My Services > Click on your purchased service/plan . 
  3. On left you will see Manage Firewall . Click on that, you will be on Unblock IP screen. 
  4. Enter blocked IP address. If its blocked, you will Unblock button. Click on that button and your IP address will be unblocked.
